August, 2025 Events at Unity Village

Are you new to labyrinth walking? Always wanted to know a bit more about what labyrinths are and their benefits to both yourself and your community?

This is a workshop that will cover the history of the labyrinth, "how to walk a labyrinth", labyrinth designs, a few programs to use on labyrinths, 2 guided labyrinth walks + discussion.

It is a prerequisite to Contemplative Labyrinth Activism if you are new to labyrinth walking.

NOTE: Location information is at the bottom of this page

Please bring your own lunch.

Are you interested in how labyrinths can be used for social change? Are you wondering how you can make a difference in this world on issues that have major social importance, such as: climate change, the environment, gun control, LBGTQ+ issues, healthcare, etc.?

Come learn the science and the psychosocial aspects of using labyrinths for global and community transformation. Learn the research behind this and how to conduct labyrinth walks in your community that focus on social change.

This workshop is conducted by The Legacy Labyrinth Project, a pioneer in this field that has been conducting research since 2020, in partnership with Baylor University. If you think of yourself as a sacred activist and want to take action, this is for you.

This is an exciting workshop to learn how to impact social issues using labyrinths. It is about taking compassionate action for your community's or planet's needs. It is about making powerful change, peacefully.

Some labyrinth experience is necessary.

Price: $199 for 14 hours of instruction, practice, discussion, drafting a program for yourself and/or organization. Lodging is NOT included (see below).
